Processing complies with the requirements of Ukrainian personal data protection legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR) for users from the EU.
1. Who processes the data

2. What data is collected
The data subject to processing is the data provided by the user independently, as well as certain technical data collected when visiting the website.
Data provided through the request form or correspondence: name, company or organization name, role and sector of activity, email address, phone number (if available), content of the request, and professional context.
Technical data collected automatically: IP address, information about the device and browser, page visit data, and data obtained through cookies.
Sensitive categories of data – health, political opinions, religious beliefs, biometrics, criminal convictions – are not collected.
3. What the data is used for
Data is processed exclusively for working with the request: reviewing the request, preparing a response, organizing a consultation meeting, and further professional communication within the initiated contact. If the request develops into contractual work, the data is used for performance of the contract and related obligations.
Data is not used for marketing mailings, advertising targeting, automated decision-making, or profiling.
4. Legal basis
Processing is conducted on one of three grounds: the user’s consent, expressed by the fact of submitting a request; performance of a contract, if the request develops into contractual work; legitimate interest – conducting professional activity and ensuring the technical operation of the website.
5. How long data is stored
Requests that do not lead to contractual work are stored for no longer than twelve months from the end of correspondence. Data of clients with whom a contract has been concluded is stored for the period provided by law for the relevant documents.
Technical website data is stored in accordance with cookie settings. After the relevant period expires, the data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Third-party access
Data is not transferred to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. To the necessary extent, technical providers and the controller’s professional advisers may work with the data within the scope of their functions and on the basis of relevant agreements.
Data may be provided to public authorities only in cases directly provided by law.
7. User rights
The user has the right to know whether their data is being processed, to access it, to request correction or deletion, to restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to object to processing. Requests should be sent to iryna.serova@proton.me.
If the user believes that their rights have been violated, they have the right to contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, for users from the EU, the supervisory authority at their place of residence or work.

The website uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and analytics cookies activated with user consent. Advertising and targeted cookies are not used. Consent is requested through a banner on the first visit and may be reviewed or withdrawn at any time.
