Experience

A practice shaped across different types of complexity

The maturity of my practice is defined not by the number of marketing or communications projects, but by the combination of environments in which this practice was built.

Environments

Each of them has its own type of complexity

Legal and consulting firms

Shaped my understanding of how the market of trust works: how a professional service is bought, how a partnership structure lives, and how a client behaves when the cost of error is reputational.

Financial sector

Added the discipline of a regulated environment: caution with wording, understanding the limits of a public position, and the habit of aligning communication with legal and compliance functions.

High-tech / Defence-tech

International marketing and business development in Ukraine and Europe taught me to work with a long deal cycle, an engineering audience, and the need to speak about a complex product with precision.

Transnational business

The service and industrial sectors, including oil, formed the habit of building multilayered communication architectures under constant anti-crisis pressure.

Political context

Taught me to work in an environment where risk, time pressure, conflict of interests, and external resistance operate simultaneously. In consulting practice, this experience works as a skills infrastructure.

International organizations

Shaped my understanding of cross-border environments where diplomatic, expert, and public logic are combined, including government relations.

How I Work

The position of an adviser, not an executor

Strategic adviser to the owner or managing partner.
Project consultant at the stage of market entry, rebranding, launch, or crisis response.
Author of a strategy - marketing, communications, public affairs - with subsequent support for implementation.
Building a marketing, communications, or information-analytical unit from scratch.
Board-level advisor - long-term support without operational involvement.

Developing a strategy is half the task. The other half, at the client's request, is building the working mechanism that performs this strategy every day.

Legal and Academic Foundation

A foundation that allows movement between law, institutions, and commerce

PhD (public international law). Associate Professor.

Author of five academic courses in higher education institutions: PR in the legal business, Marketing of Services, Public International Law, European Economic Law, Migration Law.

A separate layer is original training programs for professional and corporate audiences: electoral information strategies, building the work of a public person's press office, critical thinking and metacognition.

The legal and academic foundation does not come to the foreground in consulting work. Its role is different: it makes practice possible where one must move freely through legal, institutional, and commercial contexts at the same time.

Languages

Ukrainian · English · German · Polish · Russian

Languages in my practice are a tool for working with different cultures, jurisdictions, and negotiation contexts - not a decorative line in a CV.
